Alex, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder of William's Wardrobe, enjoys reading, cooking, and making people laugh. He’s on a bowling league and during the warmer Minnesota months loves to bicycle throughout the Twin Cities. William’s diagnosis led to Alex getting a heart screening and finding that he too was born with a bicuspid aortic valve. William gave his dad the gift of knowledge, so he can be monitored as time goes on and receive medical intervention before anything life threatening surprises him.
Jeremy lives in Pleasantville, IA with his wife Claire and their two boys, Shepherd and Truett. He leads Avad Consulting, a small business focused on people-first continuous improvement and leadership development. Jeremy brings his experience in business operations and systems thinking to support William’s Wardrobe in the BOSC (Business Operations & Supply Chain) space. In the fall, he’s known as “Coach Cole” on the Knoxville High School varsity football field. He enjoys golfing, leading worship at church, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
Wade currently resides in Grantville, GA with his wife, Brittani, and their son, Banks. He serves as the Director of Operations for Twelve21 Global, a non-profit organization based in Dallas, TX. Furthermore, he has held the position of owner and operator of a cabinet and construction company for over 13 years. William holds a special place in his heart as he has been a close family friend of Stephany for more than two decades. Wade loves spending time with his wife and son and is an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan.
Amy is a proud wife, mom of three, and someone who is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping others feel seen, valued, and empowered.
Growing up in a family with deep roots in the medical field, she developed an appreciation for serving others and supporting people through life's most meaningful moments. Whether she's helping organize weddings, galas, graduations, or retreats, she loves bringing people together and creating spaces where relationships can grow. Amy has a heart for public speaking and storytelling, and she enjoys encouraging others through authentic conversations.
A close friend to William's Wardrobe founders Alex and Stephany, she had the honor of officiating their wedding and has walked alongside them as they've grown their family. That friendship and shared passion for serving others naturally led her to become involved with William's Wardrobe.
When she's not working, you'll likely find her with her family watching movies, being outside with their dog, Nala or just slowing down to enjoy life's everyday moments with her close friends and family.
At the heart of everything Amy does is a simple belief: every person deserves to know their worth, feel seen, and experience the dignity that comes from being cared for.
Through her involvement with William's Wardrobe, she is honored to help further a mission that empowers individuals and strengthens the community with compassion, hope, and encouragement.
Kara lives in Cheyenne, Wyoming with her husband, two kids, and dog. Kara is a Nurse Practitioner who has experience in women’s health, pediatrics, and recently has moved into palliative care. As someone who has seen what it is like to live in a hospital with a sick child as both a nurse and a loved one, the mission of William’s Wardrobe is very close to her heart. In her spare time, Kara enjoys reading, doing puzzles, running, re-watching episodes of friends, and spending time with her family.
Bailey lives in Minnesota, where life pretty much revolves around her dogs, cats, and horses—and she wouldn’t have it any other way. By day, she’s behind the chair at a salon specializing in extensions and color. The rest of the time, she’s soaking up live music, spending time with the people (and animals) she loves, or binging some kind of terrible trash TV.
A close friend of Alex and Stephany, Bailey has believed in the heart behind William’s Wardrobe from the very beginning. She’s honored to be part of something that reminds people they’re not alone, and that kindness, dignity, and community still matter.
Taylor Olson is a close cousin with Stephany and Alex and has a strong commitment to keeping William's legacy strong through the work of William's Wardrobe. Taylor has a strong background in technology and business. He works as an IT professional by trade and is also a photographer and videographer in his spare time. Taylor is based out of Cheyenne, WY, but finds himself traveling frequently all over the country, including the great city of Minneapolis, MN.
Cassie is originally from the western suburbs of Minneapolis, MN and now resides in Sioux Falls, SD. She is a proud wife and mom of four. She enjoys spending time with family outdoors when the weather permits and playing pool with her husband when they get a rare night out. William’s Wardrobe holds a special place in her heart as a mother of 4 and watching her dear friend Stephany and her husband Alex go through the unimaginable. She loves the outward focus of William’s Wardrobe and the ability to provide comfort to other families and support staff who are making the CVICU a second home.
Jenna lives in Cheyenne, WY, where she works as a registered nurse at the VA Hospital. When not working, Jenna enjoys spending time with her kids, Layla and Russel, and her husband Brian. She also enjoys crafting and baking. Jenna has been best friends with William's mom, Stephany, since they were in first grade, so being part of Williams Wardrobe means so much to her.
